BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF S~FOE, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1990 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 28, 1988, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and
water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the sue is
hereby amended as follows:
SE 1/4, Block 6, Tier 13 of St. Gertrude Addition to the
Town of Sanford according to the plat as recorded in Plat
Book 1, Page 112 of the Public Records of Seminole
county, Florida.
be and the see is hereby rezoned from RI-I to MR-3.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion Of a'Section
of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional,
it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect Of any
other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
