PROVIDING FOR SE~BILITY, CONFLICTS ~D EFFECTI~ DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF S~FO~, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance NO. 1990 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adoWed Dece~er 28, 1988, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and
water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the see is
hereby mended as follows:
Section 10, Township 20S, Range 30E, N 208.71 ft of E
208.71 ft of W 741 ft of S 492.92 ft of Gover~ent Lot 3
as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida
be and the s~e is hereby rezoned from AG to that of RC-1 (Restricted
Comercial).
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be
held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of
this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the s~e are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective imediately
upon its passage and ado~ion.
