3122 ORDINANCE NO. 3122
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 3075; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida deems
it necessary to adjust the wages of its employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 3075 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, be and the same is hereby amended to delete one (1) part-time
custodial position and to add one (1) full time custodial position.
SECTION 2: That certain classification and pay schedule,
dated October l, 1991, and made a part of Ordinance 3075, be and the same is
hereby amended to delete one (1) part-time custodial position and to add one
(1) full-time custodial position at Salary Pay Scale 0t-17.
SECTION 3: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance provides to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it
shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other
section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 4: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict hereby be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall become effective
upon adoption.
