AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, ENACTING
INTO LAW AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 3078, TO ANNEX
WITHIN THE CORPORATE AREA OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, A
PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN LAKE MARY
BOULEVARD AND HIDDEN LAKE DRIVEAND BETWEEN ANTLANEAND
HIDDEN LAKE DRIVE; SAID PROPERTY BEING SITUATED IN
SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA; IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION PROVISIONS OF SECTION 171,044,
FLoRiDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR SE RABILITY, CONFLICTB,
CODIFICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Sanford, Florida, desires to amend the
Annexation of a portion of that certain property lying between Lake Mary
Boulevard and Hidden Lake Drive and between Art Lane and Hidden Lake Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3078 shall be
amended to include the following parcel of property:

SECTION 2: That upon this ordinance becoming effective, the
property owner and any resident on the property described herein shall be
entitled to all the rights and privileges and immunities as are from time to
time granted to residents and property owners of the City of Sanford,
Florida, as further provided in Chapter 171, Florida statutes, and shall
further be subject to the responsibilities of residence or ownership as may
from time to time be determined by the governing authority of the City of
Sanford, Florida, and the provisions of said Chapter 171, Florida Statutes.
SECTION 3: If any section or portion of a section of this
Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not
be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part
of this Ordinance.
SECTION 4: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 5: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify and
incorporate this Ordinance in the existing Code of Ordinances of the City of
Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 6: That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
