CLASSIFICATION PLAN EFFECTI~ IMMEDIATELY; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS ~D EFFECT DATE.
WHEMAS, the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida deems
it necessary to Mend its current Salary classification Plan to deauthorize
three part-time special custodial worker positions.
NOW, THE~FO~, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the property described below, situated in
Seminole County, Florida, be and the s~e is hereby Mended as follows:
SECTION 2: That certain classification and pay schedule, revised
November 26, 1991, attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance as
fully and completely s though s~e were set forth in this section, be and
the s~e is hereby adored.
SECTION 3: If any section or portion of a section of this
Ordinance provides to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not
be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part
of this Ordinance.
SECTION 4: That alL.ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the s~e are hereby revoked.
SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
