AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING
. ORDINANCE NO. 1990 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A
ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A
PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN CELERY
AVENUE AND S.C.L. RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND BETWEEN
SUMMERLIN AVENUE AND BRISSON AVENUE IS PROPOSED TO BE
HEZONED FROM SR-1, SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING RESIDENTIAL, TO
THAT OF PD, PLANNED DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1990 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 28, 1988, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and
water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is
hereby amended as follows:
The E 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 31,
Township 19S, Range 31E; Seminole County, AND all of the
adjacent Railroad Right-of-Way lying S Of the described
land as recorded in the Public Records of seminole
county, Florida
be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR-1 (Single Family Dwelling
Residential) to that of PD (Planned Development).
SECTION 2: Development shall conform to the New Tribes Mission
Homes Master Plan approved on December 27, 1988 per Ordinance No. 1995 and
said Plan is incorporated by reference.
SECTION 3: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be
held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part Of
this ordinance.
SECTION 4: That all ordinances Or parts Of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
