3099 ORDINANCE NO. 3099
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, ENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 3095, AND ADOPTING AN AMENDED SALARY
CLASSIFICATION PLAN EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECT DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida deems
it necessary to amend its current Salary Classification Plan to deauthorize
three part-time special custodial worker positions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the property described below, situated in
Seminole county, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 2: That certain classification and pay schedule, revised
January 1, 1992, attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance as fully
and completely s though same were set forth in this section, be and the same
is hereby adopted.
SECTION 3: If any section or portion of a section of this
Ordinance provides to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall net
he held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part
of this Ordinance.
SECTION 4: That all ordinances Or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
