3055 ORDINANCE NO. 3055
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, TO
AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3045 WHICH MADE REVISIONS TO
THE 1990 EDITION OF THE ELECTRICAL CODE, AS
AMENDED, TO DELETE SECTION 300-4(d) AND EXCEPTIONS
NOS. 1, 2 AND 3; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, as follows:
SECTION i: That Section 300-4(d) and Exceptions Nos. 1, 2
and 2 of the 1990 Edition of the Electrical Code are hereby deleted.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance provides to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it
shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other
section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict hereby be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall be become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
