AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING, AND ABANDONING THAT CERTAIN
UTILITY EASEMENT LYING BETWEEN SANOHA BOULEVARD AND
STENSTROMBOULEVm~O AND BETWEEN SANFORD AVENUE ~O ~NT
DRIVE, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE
COUNTY, FLORIDA PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS
Utility Easement lying between Sanora Boulevard and Stenstrom Boulevard Plat
Book 17, Pages 11 & 12, as recorded in the Public Records Of Seminole
County, Florida, applied to the City of Sanford, Florida, their application
to have said property closed, vacated and abandoned; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 24, 1991, for
consideration and determination as to whether or not the closing, vacating
and abandoning of that easement should be allowed; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined that the
closing, vacating and abandoning of that certain property does not
conflict with the Comprehensive Plan of the city of Sanford, Florida,
and that the public health, economy, comfort, order, convenience, and
welfare will be promoted by such closing, vacating and abandoning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That a certain Utility Easement lying in Sanora, more
particularly described as follows:
The east 6 feet of the north 75 feet of the south 80
feet of Lot #2, Block "A", REPLAT OF SANOHAUNITS 1 & 2,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
17, Pages 11 & 12, of the Public Records of seminole
County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other
section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
