AN O~IN~CE OF THE CITY OF SANFO~, FLORIDA,
~SCINDING O~INANCE NO. 3026, AND ADOPTING A
SALARY CLASSIFICATION PL~ EFFECTI~ OCTOBER 1,
1991; PROVIDING FOR SE~RABILITY, CONFLICTS AND
EFFECTI~ DATE.
WHE~AS, the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida deems
it necessary to adjust the wages of its employees.
NOW, THE~FOM, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFO~, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 3026 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, be and the s~e is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2: That certain classification and pay schedule,
dated October 1, 1991, attached hereto and made a part of this
Ordinance as fully and completely as though s~e were set forth in
this section, be and the s~e is hereby adored.
SECTION 3: If any section or portion of a section Of this
ordinance provides to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it
shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other
section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 4: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict hereby be and the s~e are hereby revoked.
SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall become effective
October 1, 1991.
