RE: Mutual Termination of Agreement between the City of Sanford and Sanford Mayfair
Management, Inc.
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter serves as notification that the agreement dated February 19, 2020 between Sanford
Mayfair Management, Inc. (SMM). and the City of Sanford for management services of Mayfair
Golf Club located at 3536 County Club Rd, Sanford, Florida 32772, is hereby terminated as of
October 25, 2021. The City of Sanford and SMM agree that it is in the best interest of both
parties to terminate this agreement and the City has taken steps to hire a new management
company that will take on the management of the golf course as of October 25, 2021.
IN WITNESS WHEROF, the CITY and SMM have executed this instrument for the purpose
herein expressed and SMM represents and affirms that the signatories below have full and
lawful authority to bind SMM in every respect.
