A. Approve the procurement of services to Xylem Water Solutions USA, Inc. in the amount of $150,000 for various pump sales and repairs. B. Approve the procurement of services to CPH, Inc. in the amount of $229,966 for the design of the Park Drive Streetscape from US 17-92 to 24th Street and at 20th Street. C. Approve an increase to purchase order #38470 in the amount of $414,950 to Granite Inliner for sanitary sewer system improvements. D. Approve the change order to Rep Services, Inc. in the amount of $13,562 for swing additions at Mike Kirby Park. E. Approve change order #3, increasing purchase order#37932 in the amount of $48,364.39 to the Gomez Construction Company for additional work found during the current construction. F. Approve the change order to IEH Auto Parts (dba Auto Plus), purchase order 438195 in the amount of $15,000 for additional miscellaneous auto parts for FY 21/22. G. Approve the annual funding agreement between the City of Sanford and MetroPlan Orlando in the amount of $31,023 for FY 22/23 and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. H. Approve an increase to purchase order #37931 in the amount of $200,000 to Raftelis for further assessments on the Building Division Fee Study. Approve Resolution No. 3044, re-classifying on Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Public Information Officer -Public Safety position in the Police Department to Strategic Communication Manager. Seconded by Commissioner Wiggins and carried by vote of the Commission as follows: Mayor Woodruff Aye Vice Mayor Austin Aye Commissioner Wiggins Aye Commissioner Britton Aye Commissioner Mahany Absent F. Approve Resolution No. 3046, amending the Classification and Pay Plan, adding one Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Code Enforcement Office for FY 21/22.
