3046 ORDINANCE NO. 3046 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1893 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT TO PROVIDE A SMALL-SCALE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT TO DESIGNATE A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY WEST OF AND ABUTTING UPSALA ROAN AND BETWEEN S.R. 46 (WEST 1ST STREET) AND C.R. 46A (WEST 25TH STREET) TO A REGIONAL COMMERCE LAND USE DESIGNATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of Sanford'sPlanning and Zoning Commission, as the City's local planning agency, held a public hearing on December 6, 1990 to consider amending the Future Land Use Plan Element of the Comprehensive Plan, Sanford, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, as the City's governing body, held two public hearings on December 10, 1990, and December 17, 1990, 1990, to consider amending the Future Land Use Concept Map of the Future Land Use Plan Element of the Comprehensive Plan, Sanford, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City of Sanford has complied with reqdirments and procedures to amend adopted comprehensive plans as set forth in Florida Statutes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That portion of the future land use plan element referenced as the Future Land Use Concept Map be amended by including certain lands incorporated in the City of Sanford, Florida. On the West of and abutting Upsala Road and between S.R. 46 (West 1st Street) amd C.R. 46A (West 25th Street) to a Regional Commerce Land Use Designation. Said property being more particularly described as: The North 3 acres of the East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 (less the east 25' for road right-of-way) of section 33, Township 19 South, Range 30 East, as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida A copy of additions to the Future Land Use Concept Map and respective land use classifications for such land is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated hereinf and hereby adopted pursuant to Florida Statutes. SECTION 2: If any section or portion of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional it shall not be held in impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
