BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF S~FO~, FLORIDA~
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1990 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 27, 1988, said ordinance beir~.
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida~4
regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings,
structures, land and water from trade, industry, residence or other
purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

be and the same is hereby rezoned from AGRICULTURE (AG) District to
RESTRICTED INDUSTRI~ (gI-1) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other
section or part of this ordinance·
SECTION 3: That all ordinances in conflict herewith be and
the same are hereby revoked·
SECTION 4: That all ordinances shall become effective
i~ediately upon its passage and adoption.
