AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1990 OF SAID CITY; SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT
CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN
PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN I-4 AND OREGON AVENUE AND
BETWEEN CR 46 A (WEST 25TH STREET) AND HUGHEY
STREET (OREGON AVENUE) EXTENDED WESTERLY FROM AG-1
(AGRICULTURE), TO PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT):
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1990 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 28, 1988, said ordinance being
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida,
regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings,
structures, land, and water from trade, industry, residence or other
purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Beginning at a point 352.36 feet east of the NW
corner of the SW 1/4 of section 32, Township 19S,
Range 30E thence run N 89°4t'03'' E 801.46 feet,
thence run S 00°29'17'' E 1339.90 feet, thence
continue S 00°29'17" E 324.90 feet thence run S
89014'58'' W 975.88 feet, thence run S 00°24'43'' E
990 feet, thence run S 89~14'58'' W 180.18 feet,
thence run N 00024'43'' W 999.55 feet, then run N
23o43'25'' E 1424.60 feet, thence run S 89o35'25'' W
392.95 feet, thence run N 23~43'25" E 398.15 feet
to point of beginning less road right-of-way
(contains: 37.29 acres more or less). Subject to
a 200' wide Florida Power Corporation easement.
be and the same is hereby rezoned from AG (AGRICULTURE)to PD (Planned
Development).
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section
of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional,
it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any
other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
