AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1990 OF SAID CITY; SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT
CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN
PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN 25TH STREET (CR 46 A) AND
SCL HAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY AND BETWEEN OREGON
AVENUE EXTENDED NORTHERLY (LOWE AVE) AND UPSALA
ROAN FROM SR-1 (SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING
RESIDENTIAL) TO PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT);
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION i: That Ordinance No. 1990 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 28, 1988, said ordinance being
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida,
regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings,
structures, land, and water from trade, industry, residence or other
purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
All lying within Sec 33, TWP 19S, Rge 30 E,
Seminole County, Florida: S. 17-1/2 CH of E. 16.28
CH of NW 1/4; AND also N 3/4 of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4;
AND also N 1/2 of Se 1/4 of NW 1/4 of SW 1/4
Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR-1 (Single Family Dwelling
Residental) to PD (Planned Development).
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other
section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
