3025 ORDINANCE NO. 3025 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 16 - LICENSES OF THE CITY CODE, BY ADDING SECTION 16-2-A TO DENY THE ISSUANCE OR RENEWAL OF CITY OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE AND REGISTRATION IF OUTSTANDING MONIES ARE DUE TO THE CITY BY APPLICANT FOR SAID LICENSE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: Section 16-2-a is hereby added to the City Code as follows: Payment of Outstanding Accounts: No City occupational license and registration shall be issued or renewed until or or unless all outstanding accounts to the City by the'applicant for said license are paid in full. SECTION 3: If any section or portion of a section of this ordinance provides to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance. SECTION 4: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict hereby be and the same are hereby revoked. SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this /~day of ~ , A.D. 1990.
