2095 ORDINANCE NO. 2095
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1893 OF SAID CITY;
SAID ORDINANCE BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
AND THE EVALUATION AND APPRAISAL REPORT;
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE CONCEPT MAP OF
THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Sanford's Planning and Zoning
Commission, as the City' local planning agency, held a public
hearing on March 1, 1990 to consider amending the Future Land Use
Concept Map of the Future Land Use Plan Element of the
Comprehensive Plan, Sanford, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, as the City's governing
body, held two public hearings on July 9, and July 23, 1990 to
consider amending the Future Land Use Concept Map of the Future
Land Use Plan Element of the Comprehensive Plan, Sanford,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City of Sanford has complied with
requirements and procedures to amend adopted comprehensive plans
for a development of regional impact as set forth in Florida
Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That portion of the Future Land Use Plan
Element referenced as the Future Land Use Concept Map be amended
by including certain lands incorporated into the City of Sanford,
Florida, said lands being known as the Seminole Properties
Development of Regional Impact site. A copy of the addition to
the Future Land Use Concept Map and respective land use
classifications for such land is attached hereto and by this
reference incorporated herein and hereby adopted pursuant to
Florida Statutes.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of
this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional
it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of
any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the s~e are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
