Dear Mr. Rinker:
This is to confirm our conversation with Mr. Bill Braceland, Building
Official, at the site. The structural covering built under the stands
shall be considered a ceiling rather than a roof for the purposes of
structural design. I am recommending that a fence be built to prevent
anyone from climbing on to this ceiling.
Enclosed is a drawing showing the required modifications for -the
main beams.
