2061 ORDINANCE NO. 2061
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
DESIGNATING STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY BETWEEN SR 46
AND JEWETT LANE AS SOUTH KENNEL ROAD;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, there presently exists within the City of
Sanford, Florida an unnamed street located between SR 46 and
Jewett Lane; and
WHEREAS, upon request of interested parties it is
deemed desirable to designate this street right-of-way between SR
46 and Jewett Lane as South Kennel Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
S~ETION 1: That the street right-of-way between SR 46
and Jewett Lane as the same is presently defined within the City
of Sanford, Florida, will henceforth be named and known as South
Kennel Road.
S~CTION 2: If any section or portion of. a section of
this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or
unconstitutional, it shall not be held to impair the validity,
force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts cf ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
