Note: Remove the existing roofing system to the decking. -We will inspect the decking and make sure that
there is not any delaminated wood. We will also make sure that the decking is properly nailed off on the perimeter
as well as the field.
Replace Install UfeTime Owens Coming Oaloidge shingles
Note: These are the field shingles that will be used on your roof. We also use 6 nails per shingle which
increases the wind resistance of the roof by an additional 30-40mph. Color is Amber Drip edge is white.
Replace Ice &Water Shield membrane - Owens Coming WeatherLock Mat
Note: Ice & Water Shield Membrane is used along the Valley's of your home to prevent ice and water damming.
We use this membrane around all protrusions and in areas where roof meets sidewalls, for added protection.
Replace Premium Synthetic Underlayment - Owens Coming Pro -Armor
Note: This underlayment is far more superior than standard felt paper. Some of the advantages include: improved water barrier, fighter
weight, and improved vapor barrier performance. This product performs better and does not create as much of a load on the roof
organic felt paper is over 6x heavier). It is also safer for the installers as it provides more grip to shoes and will not tear when walked
on.
R & R Valley Underlayment - Ice & Water Shield
Note: We use Owens Coming Ice & Water Shield Membrane in the valleys. Although using rolled metal is acceptable in the valleys
industry standard), we prefer to use this superior product as it gives better protection against water leaks in the vulnerable valleys.
Replace Starter Shingles
Note: We use this special product around the entire perimeter of your roof. This product provides a tar strip
along the edge of the roof line for the field shingles to seal to. This product provide much more resistance to wind
damage, than installing ordinary shingles upside down (standard industry practice).
Replace Ridge and Hip shingles - Owens Coming ProCap
Note: This is the material that covers the ridge as well as the hips of your roof. We use this superior product which is designed
specifically for installation on ridge fines. Industry standard is to use standard tab field shingles and cat them down to size for ridge cap.
R & R Premium Ridge Ventilation - Owens Coming VentSure
Note: We wig be installing a passive ventilation system on your home. —Ventilation is an important variable in
the maintenance of your new roofing system. A properly ventilated roof will last longer and it will help to prevent
moisture in your attic space.
R & R Drip Edge Metal
Note: We wig be replacing all the drip edge around the perimeter of your roof. This flashing serves many
purposes and they include protecting the fascia from condensation as well as wind protection on the rake (sloped)
edges.
Replace Wall Flashing
Note: If necessary, we will replace flashing that is used on areas of the roof where the roof meets a wall, chimney, and/or a skylight
any vertical interface). We will install Ice &Water Shield beneath the flashing for added protection against these walls.
R & R Chimney Flashing
Note: We will replace necessary flashing around your chimney as well as lining the area with Ice & Water Shield
Membrane, for added protection.
R & R Roof Pipe Flashing - Boot Flange
Note: We will be replacing all the flashing around the ventilation stacks of your home. Before we install the new
flashing, we will line these areas of your roof with Ice & Water Membrane, for added protection.
Replace Plywood Sheathing / Decking **TO BE DETERMINED —
NOTE: If damaged or deteriorated decking/sheathing is found after the existing roof is removed it must be repaired. We will replace
plywood at an additional cost of $55.00 per sheet. We will take photos and submit a request to approve the funds for decking repairs
before performing them.
Remove Debris Removal - Dump Trailer or Container
Note: This is for the removal of the old roofing system from the property.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
L PAYMENT:
1. Payment Terms: Customer shall pay the deposit upon execution of this Agreement. All payments (progress, Change Order, and final) shall be due
within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. Final Payment shall be invoiced upon substantial completion of the agreed upon scope of work. Any
amount not paid when due shall bear interest from the due date, until paid in full, at 18% per year. Salesmen may collect payment; however, all checks
must be payable to RESTORE GROUP LLC ("Contractor) only.
2. Concealed Damages I Extras: Customer understands that concealed damages to the improvement (beyond the listed Associated Costs), such as
multiple layers of shingles, multiple layers of flat roofing materials, multiple layers of underlayments (felt, etc), damaged/rotten wood decking,
damaged/deteriorated metal flashings, and other such similar concealed building materials, which cannot be detected until portions of the roof system
are removed, are commonly incurred during roof replacement, and shall be repaired via separate change order ("Change Order'. CUSTOMER
AGREES TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDERS IN PERSON OR VIA FAX, TEXT, OR E-MAIL, WITHOUT DELAY, SO THAT CONTRACTOR'S WORK MAY
PROCEED WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
I LIMITATION OF DAMAGES:
1. Landscape, Irrigation. Paint: Contractor will take reasonable precautions to prevent damage to landscaping, irrigation, paint, and other property
improvements when possible; however, Contractor shall not be liable for damage to the same resulting from normal construction activity.
2. Driveway: Contractor shall not be liable for damage to driveways caused by supplier delivery vehicles; however, Contractor agrees to assist
Customer in contacting appropriate Supplier to seek remedy.
3. Satellite Antenna: Any necessary readjustments or realignment of satellite antennas shall be the responsibility of Customer.
4. Attic Fans: Electrical hookup of newly installed attic fans is excluded from this Agreement and shall be the responsibility of Customer unless
specifically indicated in this Agreement.
S. Uplift: Removal of the roofing system lifts a great weight from the structure - this causes uplift in the structure, sometimes resulting in interior
cracking of walls, ceilings, and floors ("Uplift"). Such cracking may disappear upon roof replacement; however, uplift is unavoidable. Therefore
Contractor shall not be liable should damages from Uplift occur.
6. Moisture Intrusion: Any reroofing requires removal of existing coverings which are protecting the improvement from rainwater. Contractor shall use its
best efforts to cover the roof if rain occurs during the reroofing process; however, if rain occurs during reroofing, rain infusion and even mold infestation
are possible ("Moisture Intrusion"). Therefore, Contractor shall not be liable should damages from Moisture Intrusion occur.
7. Plumbing & Cooling Pipes/Lines: Contractor shall not be liable should damages occur to and from any concealed pipes or lines, such as pipes
filled with water, refrigerants, or gas, placed by other parties against the underside of roof sheathing/decking that may damaged during installation of
the new roof components, such as, punctures by nails or other fasteners, vibrations and jolts to structure, and other such necessary actions and
occurrences. Contractor is not liable to repair such pipes and any subsequent damages.
8. Limitation of Damages: CONTRACTOR'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES TO CUSTOMER, IN ALL CASES, WHETHER LISTED HEREIN OR
OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO NO MORE THAN THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO CONTRACTOR BY CUSTOMER ANWOR ITS INSURER, AND PAYMENT TO
CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT BE WITHHELD BY CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF ANY SUCH DAMAGE
Ill. LIMITATION OF WARRANTY:
1. Variations in Materials: Contractor is not a dealer in roofing materials and does not warrant that all material supplied or installed shall be identical in
appearance nor identical to samples. It is agreed that shingles, tiles, and accessories may vary in color and texture from time to time, and that such
variation does not constitute a default under this Agreement.
2. Pass -through Material Warranty: Contractor offers no warranty for roofing materials; however. Contractor shall provide Customer with all pass -
through warranties provided by material suppliers.
3. Workmanship Warranty: Contractor provides to original Customer a 2 year warranty against defective workmanship on complete reroofs, and a 1
year warranty against defective workmanship on repairs. In event of a claim of defective workmanship, the notice of warranty claim must (a) be
submitted in a signed writing, and (b) describe the defect in sufficient detail to determine the nature of the problem.
IV. REMEDIES:
1. Riaht to Terminate: In addition to any other remedy for default, Contractor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to suspend or terminate its work,
to retain all deposits then held, to repossess all materials previously delivered or installed for which payment has not been made in full, to remove its
equipment from the job site, and to terminate the Agreement.
2. Venue. Waiver of Jury Trial. Attorneys Fees: In event of any litigation arising under this Agreement: (a) venue for any action other than a lien
foreclosure suit shall line in Seminole County, FL. (b) the parties waive the right to a jury trial, and (c) the prevailing party shall be awarded its attorneys
fees and costs.
V. MISC:
1. Right of Cancellation: Contractor reserves the right to cancel this Agreement within 30 business days of receipt and in that event; Contractor agrees
to return any deposit.
CUSTOMER HAS RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENTWITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER SIGNING.
2. Customer Notification: Contractor will strive to notify Customer the morning of commencement of full roof replacement; however, in some instances
notification may be withheld as the roof can be accessed without entering the residence.
3. Removal of Obstructions: If screens, plumbing, wiring, or other objects obstruct access to areas of the roof. Customer shall remove and replace any
such objects at their sole expense; Contractor is not licensed to perform these tasks.
4. Dela : Contractor is not responsible for any damage occasioned by delays resulting from: work by other contractors on site, extra work, acts of
Owner or Agent including failure to make timely payments, shortages of material and/or labor, acts of nature, bad weather, fire, strike, war,
governmental regulations, or any other contingencies unforeseen by Contractor or beyond Contractor's reasonable control.
S. Entire Agreement & Severability: This is the entire Agreement between Customer and Contractor There is no representation, past or present by
Contractor, or an agent thereof, which does not appear herein. This Agreement may not be amended except by a written Change Order. If any term or
provision of this Agreement is illegal or invalid for any reason whatsoever, it shall be stricken, whereas such illegality or invalidity shall not affect the
validity or the remainder of the Contract.
ACCORDING TO FLORIDA'S CONSTRUCTION LIEN LAW (SECTIONS 713.001-713.37, F.S.), THOSE WHO WORK ON YOUR PROPERTY OR
PROVIDE MATERIALS AND SERVICES AND ARE NOT PAID IN FULL HAVE A RIGHT TO ENFOCE TH1ER CLAIM FOR PAYMENT AGAINST YOUR
PROPERTY. THIS CLAIM IS KNOWN AS A CONSTRUCTION LIEN. IF YOUR CONTRACTOR OR A SUBCONTRACTOR FAILS TO PAY
SUBCONTRACTORS, OR MATERIAL SUPPLIERS, THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE OWED MONEY MAYLOOK TO YOUR PROPERTY FOR PAYMENT, EVEN
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID YOUR CONTRACTOR IN FULL. IF YOU FAIL TO PAY YOUR CONTRACTOR, YOUR CONTRACTOR MAY ALSO HAVE A
LIEN ON YOUR PROPERTY. THIS MEANS IF A LIEN IS FILED YOUR PROPERTY COULD BE SOLD AGAINST YOUR WILL TO PAY FOR LABOR,
MATERIALS, OR OTHER SERVICES THAT YOUR CONTRACTOR OR SUBCONTRACTOR MAY HAVE FAILEDTO PAY. TO PROTECT YOURSELF, YOU
SHOULD STIPULATE IN THIS CONTRACT THAT BEFORE ANY PAYMENT IS MADE, YOUR CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A
WRITTEN RELEASE OF LIEN FROM ANY PERSON OR COMPANY THAT HAS PROVIDED TO YOU A *NOTICE TO OWNER.' FLORIDA'S
