Acceptance of permit is verification that I will notify the owner of the property of the requirements of Florida Lien Law, FS 713.
The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee at the time of permit submittal. A copy of the executed contract is required
in order to calculate a plan review charge and will be considered the estimated construction value of the job at the time of submittal.
The actual construction value will be figured based on the current ICC Valuation Table in effect at the time the permit is issued, in
accordance with local ordinance. Should calculated charges figured off the executed contract exceed the actual construction value,
credit will be applied to your permit fees when the permit is issued.

ALL GOOD ENERGY STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions form part of each purchase order or contract (such purchase order or contractbeingthe "Contract") entered into by ALL GOOD ENERGY ("AGE") and ofthe proposal made by AGE for its saleofequipmentandservicestoapurchasingcustomer (the "Purchaser").
ACCEPTANCE. This proposal shall terminate automatically upon the expiration of a period of thirtyafteritsdateofsubmissionunlessithasbeenpreviouslyacceptedbyPurchaserorrevokedbyAGE. This proposalshallbecomeabindingcontract, as accepted by Purchaser, only when approved in writing hereon by AGE.
COMPLETION AND DELIVERY, AGE will make every effort to make delivery or complete the work within thetimespecifiedinAGE's the Contract. AGE shall not be liable for any loss or damage from delay in delivery of anyequipmentorcompletionofanyworkasaresultofcausesofanykindbeyondthereasonablecontrolofAGE, suchas, but not limited to, strikes or other labor difficulties, war, riots, changes in laws and regulations and other acts ofgovernmentalauthorities, inclement weather, fire, flood, unavoidable casualties, delays in transportation ofmaterials, or inability to obtain timely delivery of materials from suppliers. In event of any such delay, AGE willnotifythePurchaserwithareasonabletimeanditisagreedthatthetimefordeliveryorcompletionshallbeextendedforaperiodoftimeatleastequaltothetimelostbyreasonofthedelay. An unexcused delay in deliveryorcompletionofworkshallnotgiverisetocancellationbyPurchaseruntilthirty (30) days after written notice ofsuchintentiontocancelshallhavebeenactuallyreceivedbyAGE, and Purchaser shall be obligated to accept anyequipmentshippedordeliveredorworkcompletedbyAGEduringsuchperiod. Any claims by the Purchaser forlossduetodelayindeliveryorcompletionofworkshallbewaivedunlessmadeinwritinganddeliveredtoAGEwithinfive (5) days after delivery or completion of the work.
REPOSSESSION. In the event of default in payment, AGE shall have all rights of repossession and other rightsavailabletoasellerofgoodsunderthelawsapplicablethereto. The Purchaser agrees that no part of the equipmentorpartsfurnishedundertheproposalshallbeconsideredafixtureorapartofanyrealtybyreasonofitsbeingattachedtorealestate, and any equipment or parts may be separated from real estate for purpose of repossession byAGEorbyitsagentwithoutliabilityforsuchremovalifthePurchaserisindefaultinpayment.
RISKS OF 1-019q. The Purchaser shall bear the risk of loss of or damage to the equipment and parts after deliveryoftheequipmentandpartstothejobsiteortotheshippingpointifdeliveryF.O.B. shipping point is specified.
CHANQTF& If pursuant to the Purchaser's written direction or request any change is made in the equipment to befurnishedortheworktobeperformed, the agreed price shall be adjusted to reflect such change and the time forcompletionundertheContractshallbeextendedtotheextentrequiredtomakesuchchange.
INSURANCE. AGE agrees to maintain liability insurance covering personal injury in an amount not less than50,000 and insurance covering property damage caused by the work ofAGE in an amount not less than $50,000. As of the date of Contract, AGE maintains insurance covering personal injury in the amount of $1,000,000 andinsurancecoveringpropertydamagecausedbytheworkperformedbyAGEintheamountof $100,000.
DEFAULT BY PURCHASER, In the event that the Purchaser becomes insolvent, becomes the subject of anybankruptcyproceedings, or defaults in the performance of any term or condition of the Contract, the entire unpaidportionofthepurchasepriceshall, without notice or demand, become immediately due and payable. In any suchevent, AGE at its option, without notice or demand, shall be entitled (1) to sue for said balance of the purchase priceandforreasonableattorneys' fees plus out-of-pocket expenses and interest; (2) to enter any place where saidequipmentorpartsarelocatedandtotakeimmediatepossessionofandremovesaidequipmentorpartswithorwithoutlegalprocess; (3) to retain all payments previously made as compensation for the use of said equipment orparts; (4) to resell said equipment or parts at public or private sale without notice or demand for and on behalf ofthePurchaser; and (5) to apply the net proceeds from such sale (after deduction from the sale price of all expensesofsuchsaleandallexpensesofretakingpossession, repairs necessary to put said equipment in salable condition,
storage charges, taxes, liens, collection and attorneys' charges and all other expenses in connection therewith) to the
balance then due to AGE for said equipment and parts and to receive from the Purchaser the deficiency betweensuchnetproceedsofsaleandsuchbalance. The Purchaser hereby waives all trespass, damage and claims resultingfromanysuchentry, repossession, removal, retention, repair, altercation and sale. The remedies provided in thisparagraphareinadditiontoandnotinlimitationofanyotheravailableremedyorremediesofAGE, and each andeverysuchremedyshallbecumulativeandshallbeinadditiontoeveryotherremedyundertheContractornoworhereafterexistingatlaworinequityorbystatute. No delay or omission to exercise any right or power accruing

upon any default shall impair any such right or power or shall be construed as a waiver thereof, but any such rightorpowermaybeexercisedfromtimetotimeandasoftenasmaybedeemedexpedient.
ATION CLA111M., By acceptance of this proposal, the Purchaser acknowledges (1) that it has not reliedonanypreviouswritten, oral or implied representation, inducement or understanding of any kind or nature, (2) thatAGE's proposal, including these Standard Terms and Conditions and any drawings incorporated in the proposal byreference, embodies the entire agreement between the Purchaser and AGE and supersedes all prior agreements andunderstandings, both written and oral, among the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, (3) that theContractenteredintobyacceptanceofAGE's proposal by the Purchaser may not be modified or terminated exceptinwritingsignedbyadulyauthorizedrepresentativeofAGEmakingspecificreferencetotheContract, and (4) thePurchasermaynotassigntheContractwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofAGE.
WAIVER- No claimed waiver of any of the provisions of the Contract shall be valid unless signed by a dulyauthorizedrepresentativeofAGE, and AGE's waiver of one provision shall not constitute waiver of another
provision. AGE shall not be bound by any additional or different terms unless those terms are accepted in writingbyanauthorizedrepresentativeofAGEmakingspecificreferencetothisproposal. The Purchaser hereby authorizesAGEtouse, except where prohibited by law, photograph or images (whether still or in video) of the installedequipmentforadvertisingandpromotionalpurposes (in any medium) without additional consideration.
GOVERNING AW The parties hereby agree that all rights and obligations of the parties under the Contract willbegovernedbythelawsoftheStateofFlorida.
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO RESCIND THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT PENALTY WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE DATE YOUSIGNITBYNOTIFYINGTHECONTRACTORINWRITINGTHATYOUARERESCINDINGTHECONTRACT.
