Zambelli Fireworks is requesting permission to exhibit an Outdoor
Fireworks display on behalf of the City of Sanford. The display will take
place on July 4, 2018 at 9:00 PM with duration of 18 minutes.
Attached you will find the shell listing, technician resume, site map,
Certificate of Insurance, our Business License and ATF License for
permit of this display. I have also enclosed a check in the amount of
2M.00 for the permit fee. Once you have reviewed this information and
granted us permission to exhibit this display could you please FAX me a
