The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee at the time of permit submittal. A copy of the executed contract is required in order to
calculate a plan review charge and will be considered the estimated construction value of the job at the time of submittal. The actual construction value
will be figured based on the current ICC Valuation Table in effect at the time the permit is issued, in accordance with local ordinance. Should calculated
charges figured off the executed contract exceed the actual construction value, credit will be applied to your permit fees when the permit is issued.

I, the undersigned Electrical Contractor, do hereby propose to perform the
following work, at the single family property addressed above, for the
amount of and according to the terms expressed below.
1.. Remove the existing 200 amp., Federal Pacific Electric
Co. brand, circuit breaker panel located in the laundry room.
2. Install a new 200 amp, Square D - "HOMELINE" brand, indoor,
circuit breaker panel of equivalent capacity. Provide new branch
circuit breakers for all existing circuits.
3. Examine and evaluate the condition of the main service entrance
equipment located in and on the automobile garage. Make any
necessary minor repairs or corrections for safety. Advise the owner
of any significant deficiencies requiring attention.
4. All installations and electrical wiring to conform to applicable
electrical and safety Codes.
TOTAL: Eight Hundred and 00/100 dollars ($800.00) - due in full after
passing electrical inspection by the City of Sanford Electrical Inspection
