Acceptance of permit is verification that I will notify the owner of the property of the requirements of Florida Lien Law, FS 713.
The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee at the time of permit submittal. A copy of the executed contract is required
in order to calculate a plan review charge and will be considered the estimated construction value of the job at the time of submittal.
The actual construction value will be figured based on the current ICC Valuation Table in effect at the time the permit is issued, in
accordance with local ordinance. Should calculated charges figured off the executed contract exceed the actual construction value,
credit will be applied to your permit fees when the permit is issued,

Scope of Work .
The new equipment will be located in the same place as the existing equipment
Platform (return air box) will be lined with R-6, antimicrobial, UL approved duct board for quieter
operation
Platform will be replaced with %" plywood. Any deteriorated support wood will be replaced as
needed.
Install new pre -formed concrete pad for outdoor unit with hurricane straps
New copper (dehydrated & sized) refrigerant lines will be sized according to manufacture's
specifications and suction lines will be covered with thick closed cell foam rubber insulation.
Lines will be run in existing chase pipe.
Lines will be evacuated by use of refrigerant vacuum pump to assure that no harmful contaminates
infiltrate new system.
A new schedule 40 PVC drain will be installed to remove condensate water.
An electronic water safety float switch will be installed in the condensate water overflow air
handler drain port.
Any new ductwork necessary to connect the new equipment to the existing duct system will be
construct R-6, antimicrobial UL approved duct board. Al seams will be sealed with fab mesh &
latex mastic for a durable connection.
Pull all local permits and licenses; call for inspections
Certified system start-up and installation quality assurance analysis
Remove old equipment and installation debris
Cut & patch any necessary holes at the time of installation
Cover floors with drop cloths, sweep, dust & vacuum at the end of each days work.
Warranties
One year labor warranty by Pro -Tech Air Conditioning & Plumbing Services from date of installation 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
