Acceptance of permit is verification that 1 will notify the owner of the property of the requirements of Florida Lien Law, FS 713.
The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee at the time of permit submittal. A copy of the executed contract is required in order to
calculate a plan review charge and will be considered the estimated construction value of the job at the time of submittal. The actual construction value
will be figured based on the current ICC Valuation Table in effect at the time the permit is issued, in accordance with local ordinance. Should calculated
charges figured off the executed contract exceed the actual construction value, credit will be applied to your pennit fees when the permit is issued.

INSPECTION REPORT
The home currently has a combination of old cloth 2 wire copper and new 3 wire
copper (with ground). At this age the insulation is beginning to crumble and
should be replaced. The ungrounded wire should be replaced for additional
safety. The exterior panel and interior panels are in good condition and will be
reused. The home should be rewired and brought to code with smoke detectors
and GFCI receptacles.
SCOPE OF WORK
Replace ungrounded cloth 2 wire circuits with 12-2 and 14-2 copper (with
ground)
Replace all switches and receptacles
Install GFCI receptacles where required by code
Install smoke detectors
GENERAL PROVISIONS
All work shall be completed in a professional manner and in compliance with all
applicable building codes.
Contractor will provide all materials and all labor necessary to complete job.
PROPOSAL DETAILS
The job will take approximately 10 to 15 working days
Job will be completed by 11/21/2018
The job will be permitted and inspected
I will have to cut sheetrock in places to run new wire. I will make every effort to
do as little damage as possible.
