2040 ORDINANCE NO. 2040
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CORRECTING A SCRIVINORS ERROR IN THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 2010, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A REZONING ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 2010 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted May 22, 1989, contained a scriVinors
error in the legal description.
SECTION 2: Ordinance No. 2010 is a zoning ordinance,
changing the zoning of a portion of that certain property lying
between CR 46A (W. 25th St.) and SCLRR R/W and between Upsala
Road and Oregon Avenue from AG (Agricultural) District to SR-1
(Single Family Dwelling Residential) District and PD (Planned
Development) District.
SECTION 3: The legal description in Ordinance No. 2010
is corrected to read as follows:
All lying within Section 33, Township 19
South, Range 30 East, Seminole County,
Florida.
TO SR-i: S. 17-1/2 chains of E. 16.28 chains
of'F"~'i/4; AND ALSO N. 3/4 of NE 1/4 of SW
1/4; AND ALSO N 1/2 of SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of SW
1/4 Containing 64.215 Acres More or Less.

Containing 92.819 Acres More or Less.
SECTION 4: If any section or portion of a section of
this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu-
tional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or
effect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 5: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 6: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
