2043 ORDINANCE NO. 2043
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
RESCINDING AND CANCELLING ORDINANCE NO. 1963
ADOPTING A MORATORIUM ON TRANSPORTATION OR
ROAD IMPACT FEES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, On July 25, 1988 the City of Sanford, Florida
passed and adopted Ordinance No. 1962 authorizing a moratorium on
Transportation or Road Impact Fees;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Sanford,
Florida to rescind and cancel Ordinance No. 1963 in its entirety;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City of Sanford, Florida hereby cancels
and rescinds Ordinance No. 1963 in its entirety.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
