2049 ORDINANCE NO. 2049
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CHANGING THE NAME OF LINDSEY LANE PRESENTLY
DEFINED WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
TO LINDSEY WAY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, there presently exists within the City of
Sanford, Florida a lane defined and named as Lindsey Lane; and
WHEREAS, upon request of interested parties it is
deemed desirable to change the name of Lindsey Lane to Lindsey
Way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY
· OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
~ SECTION 1: That Lindsey Lane as the same is presently
~defined within the City of Sanford, Florida, will henceforth be
~named and known as Lindsey Way.
~ SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of
~ _
~this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or
unconstitutional, it shall not be held to impair the validity,
~orce or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
~ SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
.~n conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
~mmediately upon its passage and adoption.
