ORDINANCE NO. 2008
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1949 TO DELETE PERMIT
FEES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS
AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Sanford City Commission would like to
amend Ordinance No. 1949, to delete in its entirety Section 2,
"Boat Launching Restricted"; Section 4, "Permit Fees".
WHEREAS, the Sanford City Commission would like to
restrict parking on the island on Saturdays, Sundays and
holidays.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 1949 is amended to delete
Section 2, "Boat Launching Restricted"; Section 4, "Permit Fees",
in its entirety.
SECTION 2 - TRAILER PARKING RESTRICTED: Deleted.
SECTION 3 - FINES FOR VIOLATION: Deleted.
SECTION 4: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
