1975 ORDINANCE NO. 1975
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 17-31 (A),
FINES FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS OF THE
SANFORD CITY CODE; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
Section 17-31 (a), Fines for Parking Violations of
the Sanford City Code; is hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 17-31 (a), Twenty-five dollars
($25.00) for unauthorized parking in a handicapped space
designated as such; of the Sanford City Code is hereby deleted in
its entirety.
SECTION 2: Section 17-31 (a), One-hundred dollars
($100.00) for unauthorized parking in a handicapped space
designated as such; of the Sanford City Code is hereby added to
the Sanford City Code.
SECTION 3: If any section or portion of a section
of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu-
tional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or
effect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 4: That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
revoked.
SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall become
effective October 1, 1988.

A.D. 1988.
