AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAMFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY;
SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID
AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF
THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING NORTH OF AND
ABUTTING CR 46 A (WEST 25TH STREET) AMD LYING
BETWEEN LAMPLIGHTER DRIVE AND OREGON AVENUE
FROM AD (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO MR-1L
(MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LIMITED
DWELLING) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said
ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use
of buildings, structures, land, and water from trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as
follows:
Section 33 Twp 19S Rge 30E, E 3 CH of W 30
1/2 CH of S 12 1/2 CH of SW 1/4 as recorded
in the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida
be and the same is hereby rezoned from AD (Agricultural) District
to ME-1L (Multiple-Family Residential Limited Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of
this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu-
tional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or
effect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
