AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY;
SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID
AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF
THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING SOUTH OF AND
ABUTTING SR 46 AND LYING BETWEEN OLD MONROE
ROAD AND KENNEL ROAD FROMAD (AGRICULTURAL)
DISTRICT TO GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL)
DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CON-
FLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, sait
ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City c
Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and u
of buildings, structures, land, and water from trade, indust1
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended
follows:
