1941 ORDINANCE NO. 1941 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING NORTH OF AND ABUTTING LAKE MARY BOULEVARD AND LYING BETWEEN ART LANE AND HIDDEN LAKE DRIVE FROM SR-1AA (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT TO RC-1 (RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CON- FLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: Begin at a point at the intersection of the North ROW line Of Lake Mary Blvd. and the East line of Section 10, Township 20 South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida, said point being N.00°21'15"W., 75.00 feet from the SE corner of said Section 10, thence run N.80°13"41"E, 121.15 feet along said North ROW line of Lake Mary Boulevard, thence run N. ll~W., 208.70 feet parallel with the easterly line of Lot 25, Lake Minnie Estates according tothe Plat thereof as recorded in PB 6, PG 92 of the Public Records of Seminole County Florida, thence run S.84a59'57"W., 31.17 feet, thence run N. ll~W., 105.64 feet, thence run N.87°58'll"W., 123.29 feet, thence run S.00°35'44"E., 313.06 feet to said North ROW line, thence run N.89~13'41"E., 89.76 feet to the Point Of Beginning, as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida. be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR-1AA (Single Family Residential Dwelling) District to RC-1 (Restricted Commercial) District. SECTION 2: If any section Or portion of a section Of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu- tional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance. -i- Ordinance No. 1941 SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
