1930 DAVID ~. ~ERF~t ~LERK :OF C~RCUiT uOURF RECORDED & VERIFIED SEHJNOLE COURT% FL. 5 0 0 3 5 3 1988 A~ 27 ~ ll: Is ORDINANCE NO. 1930 AN ORDINANCE OF T~E CITY OF SANFO~D, FLOrIDa, ~ ~ ;::'~ CLOSZNG, VACATZNG, AND ABANDONING A PORTZON ~.~ OF T~A2 CERTAIN NORT~/SOUT~ UTILITY EASE~NT LYING BET~EN EAST 25TH PLACE AND EAST 26TH STREET An BET~EN POINSETTA AVENUE AND VACATED PRINCETON AVENUE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS An EFFECTI~ DATE. ~EREAS, the o~ers of that certain North/South utility easement lying between East 25th Place and East 26th Street and between Poinsetta Avenue and vacated Princeton Avenue, applied to the City of Sanford, Florida, their application to have said property closed, vacated and abandoned; and ~EREAS, a public hearing was held on March 14, 1988, for consideration and determination as to whether or not the closing, vacating and abandoning of that easement should be allowed; and ~EREAS, the City Co~ission has determined that the closing, vacating and abandoning of that certain property does not conflict with the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Sanford, Florida, and that the public health, economy, comfort, order, convenience, and welfare will be promoted by such closing, vacating and abandoning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: Section 1: That portion of that certain North/South utility easement lying between East 25th Place and East 26th Street and between Poinsetta Avenue and vacated Princeton Avenue more particularly described as follows: All of that portion of a Utility Easement lying on the Easterly 7 feet Of Lots 1 through 5 and the Westerly 7 feet of Lots 16 through 20, Block 6, Palm Terrace Subdivision, PB 4, PG 82 and 83, Seminole County, Records. -1- SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu- tional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked. SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of APRIL , A.D. 1988.
