1903 ORDINANCE NO. 1903
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY;
SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID
AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF
THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING SOUTH OF AND
ABUTTING NARCISSUS AVENUE BETWEEN KENNEL ROAD
AND AIRPORT BOULEVARD EXTENDED NORTHERLY FROM
AD (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO RI-1
(RESTRICTED INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said
ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use
of buildings, structures, land, and water from trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as
follows:
Lots 30 (Less North 125 ft. of East 150 ft.)
and Lot 31 (Less West 228 ft. of the North
125 ft.) and Lot 32 and Lot 33 (Less West 100
ft.) in Florida Land and Colonization

County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby rezoned from AG (Agricultural)
District to RI-1 (Restricted Industrial) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of
this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu-
tional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or
effect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
