1901 ORDINANCE NO. 1901
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 16-12 OF THE SANFORD CITY
CODE, SAID SECTION RELATING TO SCHEDULE OF
OCCUPATIONS AND LICENSE TAXES BY AMENDING THE
FEE OF THE TELEGRAPH COMPANY FROM $375.00 TO
$50.00; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS
AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 16-12 of the Sanford City Code
be and the same is hereby amended by adding the following:
TELEGRAPH COMPANY - Annual fee amended from $375.00 to
$50.00.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of
this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu-
tional, it shall notbe held to impair the validity, force or
effect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
