1892 ORDINANCE NO. 1892 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN AIRPORT BOULEVARD AND BEVIER ROAD AND LYING BETWEEN WEST THIRD STREET AND JEWETT LANE FROM SR-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT TO RI-1 (RESTRICTED INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT; SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION t: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: A portion of that certain property lying between Airport Boulevard and Bevier Road and lying between West Third Street and Jewett Lane is proposed to be rezoned from SR-1 (Single Family Residential Dwelling) District to RI-1 (Restricted Industrial) District. Said property being more particularly described as follows: Lot 1 and Lot D, WEST HAVEN, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida in Plat Book 11, Page 92. be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR-1 (Single Family Residential Dwelling) District to RI-1 (Restricted Industrial) District. SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu- tional, it shall not be held to impair the. validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked. SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October , A.D. 1987.
