FL. ,~- O~DINANCE NO. 1880 .1- c.~ A~ ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF S./L.".,TFORD, FLORIDA, KA~OOD DRIVE ~ ~UAIL RIDGE COURT; PROVIDING FOR SEVE~BILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTI~ DATE. ~EREAS, the o~ers of that certain real property abutting utility easements lying West of and abutting Oregon Avenue ~d lying between Kaycod Drive ~d Quail Ridge Court, N applied to the City of S~ford, Florida, to have said property closed, vacated and ab~doned; ~d WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 13, 1987, for consideration ~d determination as to whether or not the closing, vacating and ab~doning of that easement should be allowed; and ~EREAS, the City Commission has determined that the closing, vacating and abandoning of that certain property does not conflict with the Comprehensive Pl~ of the City of Sanford, Florida, and that the public health, economy, comfort, order, convenience, ~d welfare will be promoted by such closing, vacating and abandoning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: Section 1: That two Ease/West certain utility easements lying West of and abuttin~ Oregon Avenue ~d lying between Kaycod Drive and ~uail Ridge Court, more particularly described as follows: That certain 10' East/West utility easement lying along the Southerly 5' of 10t ~8, and also lying along the Northerly B' of Lot 49, KA~00D REPLAT, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages 27 ~d 28, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; AND. 187 OBIg 1872 0t22 SEN~0LEC0, FL SEHtXOLECO:FLo That certain 10' East/~est utility easement lying along the Southerly 5' of ~o~ 50, also lying along the Northerly 5~ o~ ~ot 51, ~AYWOOD ~E~AT, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat ~ook 30, Pages 27 and 28, ~ublic Records of Seminole County, Florida; be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned. SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu- tional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance. SECTION 8: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked. SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July A.D. 1987. ORDINANCE NO. 1880 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITYOF SANFORD, FLORIDA, CLOSING, ~ACATING, AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF TWO UTILITY EASEMENTS LYING WEST OF AND ABUTTING OREGON AVENUE AND LYING BETWEEN KAYWOOD DRIVE AND QUAIL RIDGE COURT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the owners of that certain real property abutting utility easements lying between Hidden Lake Drive and Wildwood Drive and lying between Ramblewood Drive and Ventura Drive, Florida, applied to the City of Sanford, Florida, their application to have said property closed, vacated and abandoned; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 13, 1987, for consideration and determination as to whether or not the closing, vacating and abandoning of that easement should be allowed; and WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined that the closing, vacating and abandoning of that certain property does not conflict with the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Sanford, Florida, and that the public health, economy, comfort, order, convenience, and welfare will be promoted by such closing, vacating and abandoning.
