AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY;
SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID
AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF
THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING WEST OF ORLANDO
DRIVE (U. S. HIGHWAY 17 & 92) AND LYING SOUTH
OF AIRPORT BOULEVARD AND LYING EAST OF LIVE
OAK BOULEVARD AND CLEAR LAKE CIRCLE FROM MR-1
(MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING)
DISTRICT TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)
DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said
ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use
of buildings, structures, land, and water from trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as
follows:
Lots 131 through 176 and Lots 181 through
207, HIDDEN LAKE VILLAS, PHASE V, Plat Book
28, Pages 81, 82 and 83; and Lots 208 through
261 and Lots 265 through 299, HIDDEN LAKE
VILLAS, PHASE VI, as recorded in Plat Book
28, Pages 84 through 87, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida;
be and the same is hereby rezoned from MR-1 (Multiple-Family
Residential Dwelling) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development)
District) District for development in accordance with the
Development Plan for Hidden Lake Phase III, Units VI and VII as
submitted by project engineers, Blount Sikes, dated August 20,
1986.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of
this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu-
tional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or
effect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
