1826 ORDINANCE NO. 1826 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN AIRPORT BOULEVARD AND INTERSTATE I-4 AND BETWEEN STATE ROAD 46 AND SEABOARD COASTLINE RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM AD (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO RI-1 (RESTRICTED INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: Block 35 (Less 156.7 feet square in Northeast corner) and Block 46 (Less North 156.7 feet); Block 12 and West 1/2 of Street adjacent on East; Block 20; Blocks 13 and 14; Block 45; Block 11 and West 1/2 of Street on East and Block 10 North of Right-of-Way; Block 21 and North 15 feet of Block 22 and all Block 28 and that part of Blocks 28 and 38 North of Right-of-Way and 1/2 of Streets adjacent on West, South and East; Block 22 (Less North 15 feet) and East 1/2 of Street adjacent to Block 22 (Less North 15 feet) and 1/2 vacated street on South of Block 22; Blocks 23 and 26 North of Right-of-Way and South 1/2 of Street on North side Blocks 23 and 26; Block 37 (Less North 278 feet of West 360 feetand North 286 feet of East 305 feet) and East 1/2 of Street on West; North 286 feet of East 305 feet of Block 37, M. M. SMITH'S SUBDIVISION, Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; be and the same is hereby rezoned from AD (Agricultural) District to RI-1 (Restricted Industrial) District. SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu- tional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
