1815 ORDINANCE NO. 1815 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN EAST 25TH STREET (GENEVA AVENUE - S. R. 46) AND EAST 25TH PLACE AND BETWEEN ORANGE AVENUE AND SEABOARD COASTLINE RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM RI-1 (RESTRICTED INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT TO SR-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: Lots 9, 10 and 11, OAK HILL SUBDIVISION as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida. be and the same is hereby rezoned from RI-1 (Restricted Industrial) District to SR-1 (Single-Family Residential Dwelling) District. SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu- tional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
