1814 ORDINANCE NO. 1814 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY ABUTTING THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF OREGON AVENUE AND LYING BETWEEN KAYWOOD DRIVE AND QUAIL RIDGE COURT FROM SR-1AA (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT TO SR-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: Lots 48, 49, 50 and 51, KAYWOOD REPLAT, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages 27 and 28, of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida. be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR-1AA (Single-Family Residential Dwelling) District to SR-1 (Single-Family Residential Dwelling) District. SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu- tional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked. SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June , A.D. 1986. AYoR CERTIFICATE I, H. N.
