1813 ORDINANCE NO. 1813
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT
CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN
PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN MULBERRY AVENUE AND
VACATED SEABOARD COASTLINE RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-
WAY AND BETWEEN WEST 18TH STREET AND WEST 19TH
STREET FROM SR-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DWELLING) DISTRICT TO MR-1 (MULTIPLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida,
regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings,
structures, land, and water from trade, industry, residence or other
purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

feet, W. 80 feet N. 310 feet to Beginning, Block
A, M. M. SMITH'S SECOND SUBDIVISION, as recorded
in Plat Book 1, Page 101, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR-1 (Single-Family Residential
Dwelling) District to MR-1 (Multiple-FamilyResidential Dwelling)
District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it
shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other
section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
