1805 Ordinance No. 1805 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING TtIE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN JEWETT LANE AND SEABOARD COASTLINE RAILROAD RIGHT- OF-WAY AND BETWEEN UPSALA ROAD AND OLD MONROE ROAD FROM AD (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO RI-1 (RESTRICTED INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: Section 28, Township 19 South, Range 30 East, the South 1/2 of Lot 45 and all of Lot 52, SMITH'S THIRD SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 86, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida. be and the same is hereby rezoned from AD (Agricultural) District to RI-1 (Restricted Industrial) District. SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu- tional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
