BE IT MqALTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SkYFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTICN 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and
water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same
is hereby ~nended as follows: That the real property described as follows:

be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR-2 (Mobile Hcr0e Residential Dwelling)
District and MR-1 (MUltiple-Family Residential Dwelling) District to CC-2
(General Cc~nercial) District; and from SR-2 (Mobile Hcme Residential
Dwelling) District, GC-2 (General C~m~rcial) District and MR-1 CMultiple-
Family Residential Dwelling) District to MR-2 (MUltiple-Family Residential
Dwelling) District.
SECTION : If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or inpair the validity, force or effect of any
other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION : That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION : That this ordinance shall beccr~ effective inmediately
upon its passage and adoption.
