AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AM~qDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING
A ZC~ING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZCNING OF A
PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETW~iGN U. S.
HIGHWAY 17-92 AND NARCISSUS ROAD kND WEST~OF AND ABUTTING
TEF~F/LLIGER LANE FROM AD (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO MR-2
(MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWET,T,ING) DISTRICT; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND ~'E'ECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACi'ED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sunford, Florida,
passed und adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sunford, Florida, regulating und restricting
the location und use of buildings, structures, land und water from trade,
industry, residence or other purposes, be und the same is hereby amended as
follows: That the real property described as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" AITACHED HERETO AND MADE A PAR~ HEREOF,
be und the same is hereby rezoned from AD (Agricultural) District to MR-2
(MUltiple-Family Residential Dwelling) District, subject to conditions
imposed by Seminole County pursuant to a public hearing on December 4, 1984:
1. Construction of a wall adjacent to tax parcel 9A.
2. There will be no access to Narcissus.
3. Dedication of access rights along 17-92 und
Narcissus to Seminole County.
4. Installation of taper und turn lanes on 17-92.
SECTICN 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of uny
other sections or= part of this Ordinunce.
SEOTICN 3: That ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
harewith, be und the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this Ordinunce shall become effective inmadiately
upon its passage and adoption.
