WHEREAS, the owners of that certain real property abutting the
portion of Justin Way lying between Anthony Drive and Lake Mary Boulevard,
applied to the City of Sanford, Florida, their application to have said
property closed, vacated and abandoned; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 26, 1984, for
consideration and determination as to whether or not the closing, vacating
and abandoning of that certain pertion should be allowed; and
WHEREAS, the City Cc~mlission has determined that tb~ closing,
vacating, and abandoning of that certain property does not conflict with
the Ccmprehensive Plan of tbe City of Sanford, Florida, and that the
public health, econc~y, comfort, order, convenience and welfare will be
promoted by such closing, vacating, and abandoning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MqA~T~U BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SECTION 1: That the portion of Justin Way lying between Anthony
Drive and Lake Mary Boulevard, further described as:
That pertion of Justin Way lying betwean the South
Right-of-Way line of Anthony Drive and the North
Right-of-Way line of Lake Mary Boulevard, as shown
on the Replat of Groveview Village Finst Addition,
Plat Book 26, Pages 4, 5 and 6, Public Records of
Seminole Co~ty, Florida.
is hereby closed, vacated, and abandoned in the City of Sanford, Florida,
providing however that the City hereby reserves a utility easement over the
Northerly 110 feet of said property.
SECTION 2: If any section or pertion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or inpair the validity, force or effect of any
other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.

SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall bec~ne effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
