CONSTRUCTION GROUP Section 5 / Exhibit C List of Assumptions and Clarifications 1. The construction schedule is for three months from the Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. 2. Our General Conditions cost is $29,523.00. The detail of this cost is included in Section 2 of the GMP Proposal. We anticipate invoicing for this cost over the three month construction schedule in three equal amounts. 3. We have not included Permit fee or plan review fee costs, these are to be by the Owner. 4. We have not included any fees for Florida Power & Light. 5. We have excluded costs for any underground utility location exploration and any required utility relocations. 6. We have included 4" pots as specified for the Dwarf Jasmine's. We've excluded the 10" — 12" spread. 7. The exploration for the City standard of the 2% asphalt elevation and sloping to the storm inlets has not been verified based upon the recent Lake Avenue asphalt elevation issues. All asphalt installation is priced per the Contract Documents. Any additional asphalt layer application not shown within the Contract Documents shall be the financial responsibility of the City of Sanford. 8.
