AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT
CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN
PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN U.S. HIGHWAY 17-92 AND
OLD LAKE MARY ROAD AND BETWEEN LAKE MARY
BOULEVARD AND AIRPORT BOULEVARD FROM SR-1AA
(SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO MODI-
FIED PUD-A (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING)
DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida,
regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings,
structures, land, and water from trade, industry, residence or other
purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: That the real
property described as follows:
Hidden Lake, Units l-A, l-B, 1-C and l-D, Plat
Book 17, Pages 50-58 AND Revised Plat of Hidden
Lake Unit l-A, LESS Block A and Block B, Plat Book
17, Pages 99 and 100, AND Hidden Lake, Phase 2,
Unit 1, Plat Book 24, Pages 15-17 AND Hidden Lake
Phase 2, Units 2, 3, 4 and 5, Plat Book 25, Pages
62-69, AND Ramblewood, Plat Book 23, Pages 7 and
8, AND Ramblewood Unit 2, Plat Book 24, Page 25,
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR-1AA (Single-Family
Residential) District to Modified PUD-A (Single-Family Residential
Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it
shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect
of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this Ordinance sball become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
